_Hello Candace, is very simple, for the jam you only need to put togeder and kook for two hours or so 1/2 fresh ripe 1/2 fruit and sugar, for the tomato sauce, you need fresh tomatoes (crusched in a machine that peeled it) with some olive oil, salt and basilikum, a number of cleened glas jars, a big metal can (like an oil can, very big) filled with water, and than five hours to cook it:)
